Owner will allow you to put you to put a small refrigerator outside of the room and a microwave, toaster oven in the room if you desire, but there is not access to the main house. You get your own furnished bedroom, hallway and bathroom for use. 3-6 Month preferred, but open to negotiations. Please call for more information.
