Description

This unique and custom Spanish-style home, built in 1932, is not a tract home. It features more than 2,700 sq. ft. of total usable space, including the main home, guest house, and studio. The property also features an unfinished basement and attic, neither of which is included in the 2,700 sq. ft. The classic curved ceilings are 8.5 feet tall throughout the home, making this home even more beautiful. The home is in excellent condition and shows like a model home. Upgrades include copper plumbing, new gas lines throughout, an updated kitchen and master bathroom, an upgraded living room fireplace, replacement of the wood trim, and fresh interior and exterior paint. The roof was replaced approximately 10 years ago, and the main sewer line was also replaced about 10 years ago. Approximately 50% of the electrical system has been upgraded. Each room features a walk-in closet and beautiful light fixtures. The breathtaking garden features many producing fruit trees and plants, including avocados, mangoes, tangerines, sour oranges, oranges, prickly pear cactus, guavas, figs, and lemons. There is also a 765 sq. ft. guest house on the property that currently generates $1,414 per month in rental income. This rental income can help reduce your monthly mortgage payment. This is not an ADU; it is a guest house. Additionally, there is a beautiful, separate, and secluded studio that can be used as an office, art studio, or even a recording studio.
